Neon Grid
A synthwave highway at midnight.
A neon survival game you play with one thumb. Drag to dodge the horde while your weapons fire on their own, stack and evolve them, and beat the bosses waiting at the end of every world.
Works on phones, tablets and computers. No sign-up needed.
Put your thumb anywhere and drag. That's the whole control scheme, so it plays great on a phone held in one hand.
Bolts, lasers, orbs, lightning and black holes all fire on their own. You focus on staying alive and grabbing gems.
Every level-up offers a new weapon, a passive item or an upgrade. Max a weapon, find its partner item and it evolves.
A boss shows up every 3 minutes. Survive to the final boss at 15:00 to clear the world, then keep going in Endless.
Each world has its own enemies, its own music and a final boss of its own. Clear one to open the next.

A synthwave highway at midnight.

Glowing coral under a turquoise sea.

Molten gold rivers inside a dying star.

Ribbons of light at the edge of everything.
Spark is ready from the start. The others unlock with shards you earn in runs, and each one starts with a different weapon and a knack of their own.
Yes, it's free to play. Heroes, weapons, upgrades and looks are all unlocked with shards you earn in runs.
No. It runs in your browser at playchromablitz.com. On a phone you can add it to your home screen and it opens full screen like an app. Once it has loaded, it keeps working without a connection.
Phones, tablets and computers, in any modern browser. It was made for one-thumb play on a phone, and also works with a mouse or the keyboard (WASD or the arrow keys).
Yes. Your unlocks, upgrades and best times save on your device and are backed up online automatically, without an account. A transfer code moves your progress to another phone or computer.
A survival roguelite, in the same family as Vampire Survivors: you move, your weapons attack on their own, and every run you build a different combination of weapons. Runs last about 15 minutes, and upgrades you unlock with shards between runs make you stronger over time.
Relaxed mode makes runs gentler if you just want to enjoy the chaos. Once you've cleared a world, Hyper Heat (levels 1 to 5) makes it much tougher, with overcharged enemies, twists and Heat Powers.
There's no chat and players can't message each other. Leaderboard names are made up from the game's own word lists, and the game never asks for your name, email or age. See the privacy policy.
An Android app is on the way. For now the browser version is the full game, and adding it to your home screen makes it feel like one.
One thumb. Fifteen minutes. A whole lot of neon.
